The Opportunity

We're seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to strengthen our finance team and support growth, reporting directly to our Director of Finance.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of financial decision-making building forecasts, analyzing performance, and producing insights that shape strategy. You'll collaborate closely with leadership across Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure data-driven decisions and sustainable growth.

• What You'll Do
• Build and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets using Excel and Vena.
• Prepare weekly/monthly KPI dashboards, variance analyses, and management reports.
• Analyze key SaaS/hosting metrics.
• Support strategic projects with scenario modeling and ad-hoc quantitative analysis.
• Partner with business leaders to provide insights that drive performance and accountability.
• Contribute to the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly reforecasts.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes to improve accuracy and timeliness.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 35 years experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or corporate finance.
• Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with BI or planning tools is an asset.
• Understanding of SaaS or subscription-based metrics is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, able to translate data into insights.
• Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working across teams in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details

• Job Type: Exclusive Full-time / Independent Contract; 40 hours per week
• Salary Range: Open, depending on experience
• Benefit/s: Permanent Work from Home
