As our Financial Controller, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's financial direction leading operational excellence, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

You will be instrumental in guiding core financial functions including accounting, taxation, treasury, and internal controls, while partnering with senior leaders to align financial strategies with the company's overall vision for growth.

Lead Financial Strategy and Operational Excellence

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, processes, and international statutory standards.
  • Support long-term financial planning, cash flow forecasting, and capital structure alignment.
  • Implement process improvements that promote financial discipline, governance, and cost efficiency.
  • Facilitate audit readiness and maintain adherence to financial reporting standards.

Drive Accuracy, Transparency, and Compliance in Accounting Operations

  • Supervise accounts receivable and payable processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and policy alignment.
  • Maintain detailed ledgers, schedules, reconciliations, and aging reports for accurate financial oversight.
  • Manage customer and supplier accounts, resolve disputes, and guarantee timely invoice transmittals.
  • Oversee employee receivables, liquidations, and remittance processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Lead timely financial closing activities in accordance with local regulations and internal standards.

Inspire and Lead a High-Performing Finance Team

  • Set clear performance objectives, KPIs, and development plans for team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback and coaching.
  • Foster a learning culture through mentorship, recognition, and growth opportunities.
  • Promote an open, trust-based work environment where continuous improvement thrives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
  • You have at least 6 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
  • Strong background in Accounting, Treasury, Tax and process optimization.
  • Proven ability to interpret complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
