Finance Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati for a Finance Supervisor. The Finance Supervisor will oversee financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, and ensure compliance with auditing and accounting standards. The role also includes managing financial reporting, evaluating financial data, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. The Finance Supervisor will lead and manage financial activities to support the organization's strategic goals.

• Strong understanding of Financial Statements, including their preparation and analysis
• Proficient in Finance management with solid Analytical Skills
• Experience in Auditing and Accounting principles and practices
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in financial software and tools is a plus
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA) is an advantage
