We are seeking a Finance Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role located in Central Luzon, Philippines. The Finance Supervisor will oversee financial operations, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, managing accounting processes, and ensuring compliance with auditing standards. The role also involves monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data to identify trends, and providing actionable insights to guide organizational decision-making. Collaboration with other departments and clear communication will be integral to success in this position.

• Strong proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and analysis
• Proven Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret financial data effectively
• Expertise in Finance and Accounting principles and practices
• Knowledge and experience in Auditing processes and regulatory compliance
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA qualification is an advantage
• Leadership and team management experience
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
