Accounting/Finance Supervisor

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting/Finance Supervisor role based in Makati. The Accounting/Finance Supervisor will oversee financial records and reporting, ensure accurate preparation of financial statements, and manage day-to-day accounting and auditing activities. Core responsibilities include leading financial planning and analysis, monitoring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting the team in developing efficient financial strategies. This role will also entail supervising team performance and providing guidance to ensure operational excellence.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Accounting practices
• Strong Analytical Skills relevant to financial planning and reporting
• Experience in Finance and Auditing tasks
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities
• Proven knowledge of compliance standards and financial regulations
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA or equivalent certification is an advantage
