Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Assist in budget preparation and financial planning
Prepare and analyze financial reports (balance sheet, income statement, etc.)
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash controls
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including timely processing of invoices and collections
Ensure accurate recording of all financial transactions in the accounting system
Prepare tax returns and handle electronic tax filing (EFPS)
Monitor and review journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents
Maintain asset register and oversee insurance policies
Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit requirements
Identify discrepancies and recommend improvements or cost-reduction measures
Collaborate with internal departments on financial matters
Generate financial reports and support management decision-making
Perform other finance-related duties as assigned
