Stevie Buckley Executive Search is hiring a full-time Finance and Accounting Supervisor for an on-site position based in Makati. The primary responsibilities include overseeing daily financial operations, preparing financial statements, and managing account reconciliation processes. The role involves leading a team to ensure compliance with financial regulations, budget management, and accurate reporting. The successful candidate will also work closely with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations for financial improvement and decision-making.

• Proficiency in financial reporting, budget management, and accounting systems
• Strong analytical skills and experience in financial data analysis and problem-solving
• Leadership abilities with experience in supervising and motivating accounting teams
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards
• Attention to detail with expertise in account reconciliation and ensuring accuracy
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Ability to work in an on-site, team-centric environment in Makati
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred
• Relevant professional experience, ideally in finance or accounting supervisory roles
