We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Supervisor to join our team. The Finance Officer will play a crucial role in overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting processes to support the financial health and strategic decision-making of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the annual operating budget in coordination with ManOps Leads and GI management.
  • Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with budgetary guidelines and financial regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Prepare financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to optimize financial performance.
  • Develop financial forecasts and projections based on historical data, market trends, and business insights.
  • Collaborate with the management to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow accurately.
  • Evaluate forecasting models and methodologies to enhance accuracy and reliability.
  • Assist in developing long-term financial plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, investments, and resource allocation decisions.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic factors impacting financial performance and recommend adjustments to plans and strategies accordingly.

  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, preferably in the environmental or utilities sector.
    • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and financial software (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
    • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
    • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in supervising and developing finance teams.
    • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and the ability to drive change and process improvements.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
    • Commitment to environmental sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
