We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Officer to oversee financial planning, reporting, and control for our food service operations. This confidential position is key to ensuring the financial health and growth of the business while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the organization or assigned business units.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support business operations.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decisions.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Support cost management initiatives and optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Sales, and Supply Chain to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or professional certification preferred.
- Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management, preferably within the food service, hospitality, or FMCG sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and reporting practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus.
