Job responsibilities:
- Develop financial evaluation models to assess the ROI of new products, channels, and major marketing initiatives, supporting a full-cycle management approach (pre-assessment, in-process monitoring, and post-event review).
- Lead the digital transformation of financial models by embedding them into internal systems with configurable parameters, automated calculations, and process integration.
- Continuously optimize evaluation models and workflows to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness to business needs.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business and financial processes, and support front-end operations with financial insights.
- Act as a data quality gatekeeper, regularly producing business value reports and performance analysis to inform decision-making.
- Support the end-to-end process of model development, approval flow tracking, and ongoing optimization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related disciplines; CPA qualification is an advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into financial models.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional collaboration, lead discussions, and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools; experience with databases and SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and strong organizational and planning capabilities.

- Solid understanding of financial principles and business performance analysis, with familiarity in common financial processes and workflows.
