As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for delivering cost effective and high-quality reporting and analytics across a complex risk organization while complying with GSK legal and ethical standards. The role will report to Finance Director and support cross functional team (sales, Marketing and Supply Chain) in business related day to day financial activities. Partnering with cross functional team and provide input for business decision Responsible for monitoring of internal controls in place for trade related spent, payment to distributors, employee expenses etc. Ensure compliances with respect to taxation requirement especially transactions with vendors and distributors. Key finance partner for vaccines business. Prepare management report on brand health, trade spent, advertisement spent, travel and entertainment cost. Responsible for managing certain aspects of accounts receivables. This includes a) review of debit and credit note from distributors b) communication with distributors and half yearly balance reconciliation. Monitor the stock count exercise at third party warehouse. Why You Work arrangement This role is on-site in the Philippines with hybrid flexibility as needed for business demands. Exact on-site expectations will be discussed during recruitment. Basic Qualification Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), IFRS, VAT and custom duties. Strong commercial acumen (Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing on both strategic and operational aspects of business) Minimum Experience: 3 Years Bachelor's degree in finance. (CPA or other professional financial degree is preferred) Strong excel knowledge and analytical still.
