Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Finance and Accounting Manager located in Pasig. The Finance and Accounting Manager will oversee financial operations, including preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and developing financial reports. Day-to-day tasks include financial planning, maintaining accurate financial records, evaluating financial performance, and providing recommendations for resource allocation, cost management, and financial improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Finance knowledge, including Budgeting and resource management
• Well-developed Analytical Skills and attention to detail
• Proven experience in financial management and planning
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a plus
• MBA graduate is highly encouraged
• Proficient with financial software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills
• Effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Experience working in non-profit organizations or community-oriented initiatives is beneficial
