Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Manager at NRD, based in Pasig. The Finance & Accounting Manager will lead and oversee the financial strategies, policies, and operations of the organization. Daily responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and reporting. The role also involves managing audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing financial insights to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Management, Budgeting, and Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Accounting Standards, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and General Ledger Management
• Strong skills in Financial Analysis, Financial Forecasting, and Risk Management
• Knowledge in Tax Compliance, Internal Auditing, and Regulatory Standards
• Advanced problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in handling financial operations in a manufacturing or e-mobility industry is a plus
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
