Makimura Careers is seeking a Finance Accounting Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in Mabalacat. The Finance Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and manage the budgeting process. The role involves analyzing financial data, developing financial strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments to support financial decision-making and contribute to the financial health of the organization.

• Proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong expertise in Finance and Budgeting
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting and solving financial challenges
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in the food & beverage or hospitality industry is an advantage
