Finance Analyst

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a BS in Accountancy or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of experience in the same role or a related position.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint), with hands-on experience in accounting software preferably SAP.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple financial reports or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to spot trends and discrepancies in financial data.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.

Job Description:

The Finance Analyst is responsible for analyzing financial data and preparing reports. The role involves financial forecasting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The Finance Analyst will work closely with different departments to monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare, analyze, and present financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual financial performance against budgeted and forecasted numbers.
• Assist in the preparation of the company's budget and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and track expenses to ensure adherence to the budget.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
