The Commercial Finance Analyst Reporting & Analytics supports the Supervisor of Reporting & Analytics in ensuring that all data analysis, reporting, and analytics requirements of the Commercial Finance organization are effectively managed. This role delivers profitability assessments, budget preparation, and actionable insights to guide strategic decisions. It also ensures accurate credit controls and collaborates with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance.

Your day to day

  • Perform detailed profitability analysis across sales channels and programs.
  • Prepare and submit budgets, forecasts, and financial reports with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Support route-to-market strategies through financial modeling and capacity planning.
  • Monitor trade investment ROI and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Manage credit performance reporting, policy compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Provide ad hoc financial analysis and commercial reporting to support leadership decisions.

Who we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; CPA/CMA preferred.
  • 2-4 years of experience in financial planning, modeling, accounting, and credit management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
