Job Description

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Executive Assistant are responsible for written communication with both internal

and external customers. This may require the composition of Word documents,

PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other

external partners

  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
  • Monitor and respond to emails that require simple responses
  • Make travel and accommodation arrangements
  • Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
  • Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails,

presentations, reports

  • Take minutes from notes after meetings
  • Communicate with vendors to request supplies and equipment
  • Aid executive in preparing for meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

(intermediate but open to see with 1-2 yrs. exp)

  • Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Highly attentive to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
