Duties And Responsibilities
- Executive Assistant are responsible for written communication with both internal
and external customers. This may require the composition of Word documents,
PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets.
- Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other
external partners
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage executives calendars and set up meetings
- Monitor and respond to emails that require simple responses
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements
- Prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
- Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails,
presentations, reports
- Take minutes from notes after meetings
- Communicate with vendors to request supplies and equipment
- Aid executive in preparing for meetings
Required Qualifications
- Work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
(intermediate but open to see with 1-2 yrs. exp)
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Highly attentive to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
