Job Description

  • Manage internal operations and maintain clear communication with external partners.
  • Conduct data analysis and compile detailed reports to support business decisions.
  • Align internal activities with company strategy and objectives.
  • Create and manage professional documents, including presentations, reports, and meeting notes.
  • Support workflow management using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is:

  • A recent graduate or holds a bachelors degree or higher.
  • Fluent in both Chinese and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Emotionally intelligent, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Able to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Experienced in data analysis, process coordination, and project tracking.
  • Preferably with study-abroad experience or internship(s) at large or international firms.
