Job Description

About the Role

The role involves providing comprehensive support to Partner(s) and Director(s) through effective correspondence, meeting and diary management, as well as operational management and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Highly developed skills in efficient correspondence and diary management support (via Microsoft Office suite) to Partner(s).
  • Proactive review of the Partner(s)/Director(s) diary, managing clashes and liaising with stakeholders to move commitments (where applicable).
  • Work with other EAs/EATLs/SLs to resolve calendar conflicts and issues.
  • Thorough understanding of key stakeholder priorities and ability to translate that to diary management.
  • Arrange all facets of meeting requirements and where appropriate, attend meetings to take minutes.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including the completion of administrative tasks pertaining to overseas travel and travel expenses.
  • Assist with event arrangements and management as needed.
  • Work with designated Partner(s)/Director(s) to ensure timesheets, expense claims and time/expense transfers are completed in a timely manner.
  • Conduct administrative processing of WIP/CRM reports as part of financial management reporting.
  • Assist colleagues during periods of absence.
  • Meet firm timelines during the performance management cycles for self, inclusive of goal setting, engagement reviews, quarterly check ins and open review.
  • Provide recruitment administrative support.
  • Assist with onboarding and exiting employees including processing resignation, collecting returned assets as necessary and reconciling People Movements Report.
  • Assist with People Direct queries, CECs, etc.
  • Network and build relationships across the firm.
  • Act in line with independence requirements always both personally and from a firm perspective.
