Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership and Online Operations. This role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly balance high-level executive and personal support with critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Assistance
- Manage and optimize the executive's daily calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper, prioritizing emails, correspondence, and stakeholder inquiries.
- Assist the executive with personal administrative duties, ad-hoc tasks, and lifestyle management to ensure their day runs smoothly.
Operational & Platform Support
- Provide administrative support to the Online Operations.
- Assist in backend administrative tasks related to platform operations.
Reporting & Documentation
- Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Excel or similar analytical tools.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with internal SOPs, compliance guidelines, and responsible gaming policies.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal departments (Marketing, CRM, VIP, Product, and Finance) for task follow-ups and information alignment.
- Perform other administrative or ad-hoc duties as assigned by the executive, Operations Manager, or Team Lead.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Operations Admin (preferably (2+) years).
- Strong understanding of online gaming, casino, or platform operations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and remote collaboration tools.
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to work independently.
- Highly trustworthy with a strict understanding of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs and handle high-pressure situations.
