Job Description

Design, develop, and maintain ETL workflows and data pipelines to support business intelligence and analytics
Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into data warehouses or reporting systems
Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with data analysts, database administrators, and business teams to understand requirements
Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with governance standards
Troubleshoot ETL issues and provide timely resolution

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
24 years of experience in ETL development or data engineering
Proficiency in ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS, Pentaho)
Strong SQL skills and knowledge of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL)
Experience with data warehousing concepts and BI reporting tools is a plus
Experience in banking/financial data projects is an advantage
