Job Description

Qualification

5+ years in System Analysis/Design, ETL development, and data profiling.
5+ years in data preparation, complex analysis, and ETL troubleshooting.
Advanced T-SQL (complex queries, performance tuning, stored procedures) and solid data modeling/warehousing principles.
Strong hands-on experience with SSIS (Visual Studio/MS SQL).
Proficiency in Python (Pandas), advanced SQL, and Excel for large datasets.
Experience with Power BI, SSRS, Tableau, or advanced Excel reporting.
Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, or GCP Dataflow; Python/C# for scripting.
Experience with data migration strategies and root cause identification.

Responsibilities

Translates complex business needs into technical specs and data mapping documents.
Performs rigorous data analysis to validate ETL outputs against business rules.
Designs scalable ETL architectures and multi-level data models (Conceptual, Logical, Physical).
Authors comprehensive IT specs and detailed data flow diagrams.
Builds and optimizes robust processes using SSIS or modern ETL tools.
Experts in complex T-SQL, stored procedures, and function optimization.
Executes unit testing and supports UAT/Integration phases.
Manages root cause analysis (RCA) and resolves production bottlenecks for Risk and Credit systems.
Develops scripts and utilities to automate end-to-end data workflows.
Creates actionable insights using Power BI, SSRS, and Excel.
Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for data integration, mentoring junior developers and business users.
