Responsibilities
Can perform detailed data analysis to validate ETL output, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to business rules and data quality standards.
Can collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document complex data requirements, translating them into precise technical specifications and data mapping documents.
Develop, implement, and optimize robust ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) or similar modern ETL tools, ensuring data integrity, performance, and reliability.
Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to ETL job failures, data discrepancies, and performance bottlenecks, performing root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions for Production Issues.
Design and develop effective data visualizations, reports, and dashboards using tools like Power BI, SSRS, or Excel to present actionable insights derived from analyzed data.
Shares knowledge as a subject matter expert for data integration and analysis, providing technical guidance and support to fellow development teams and business users(as needed).
