Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee building project management from start to finish including post build.
- Facilitate project design and monitoring
- Balance the budget, keep track of supplies, collaborate with subcontractors, and ensure all regulations are met and permits acquired.
- Keep track of inventory, tools and equipment
- Ensure supplies and equipment are ordered and delivered according to schedule
- Contracts and Documents completion monitoring
- Prepare reports regarding job status
- Resolve any problems that may arise in the project
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- PRC license preferred
- 23 years of experience in electrical systems design, maintenance, and troubleshooting within building operations
- Strong knowledge of power distribution, lighting systems, emergency power (gensets, UPS), and fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with BMS, electrical codes, and safety regulations
- Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office software, and other electrical testing tools
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision, manage time effectively, and ability to delegate tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- With a valid driver's license is an advantage
