About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to join the team at Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Electrical Maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, and other equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve problems
- Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues
What We're Looking For
- Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics
- With or without a license
- Without experience or a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
- Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
- Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
