About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance professional to join the team at Regent Foods Corporation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time Electrical Maintenance specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our manufacturing facilities.

What You'll Be Doing

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including motors, generators, transformers, and other equipment
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, and implement appropriate solutions to resolve problems
Ensure compliance with all relevant electrical codes, safety regulations, and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize downtime
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our electrical systems
Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues

What We're Looking For

Graduate of Electrical Engineering or Electronics
With or without a license
Without experience or a minimum of 1-2 years of hands-on experience in electrical maintenance or a related field
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, components, and safety protocols
Familiarity with relevant electrical codes and regulations
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
Commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
