Job Description
- Install, maintain, and repair EV charging systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of EV charging systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to EV charging systems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation manuals, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a positive customer experience
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in EV charging technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
- Provide technical support to customers, including remote assistance and on-site visits when necessary
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, relevant experience in the EV Industry is a plus
- With a Safety Officer II (SO2) (BOSH/COSH) Certification is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- With expertise in using AutoCAD, SketchUp
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards for EV charging systems
- Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
