Job Description

  • Install, maintain, and repair EV charging systems in accordance with industry standards and regulations
  • Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure the ongoing reliability and safety of EV charging systems
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to EV charging systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including installation manuals, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting guides
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in EV charging technology, and make recommendations for improvements to our systems and processes
  • Provide technical support to customers, including remote assistance and on-site visits when necessary
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, relevant experience in the EV Industry is a plus
  • With a Safety Officer II (SO2) (BOSH/COSH) Certification is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • With expertise in using AutoCAD, SketchUp
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards for EV charging systems
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
