Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, forging strong relationships with educational institutions, and driving revenue growth in emerging and advanced economies.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape within the EdTech sector for our AI, Data Science, Cybersecurity, and related courses.
- Generate high-quality leads through various channels such as cold calling, email campaigns, networking events, and social media platforms.
- Collaborate with potential clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, offering tailored solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Lead negotiations, handle objections and work toward closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in our CRM system.
- Gather valuable feedback from customers and communicate it to the product development team to enhance our offerings.
- Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree 1+ years in sales industry
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
