YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Director of Professional Services Delivery to lead our global implementation and delivery teams. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader with extensive expertise in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and a proven history of delivering complex AI and Machine Learning solutions to enterprise clients.

You will oversee customer onboarding, solution implementation, and long-term value realization. Responsibilities include developing project management best practices, fostering collaboration among teams, and ensuring client needs are met with tailored solutions. Your leadership will drive client satisfaction and contribute to thought leadership in EDI and AI technologies.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Lead and expand the Professional Services team to deliver high-impact, enterprise-grade solutions.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of EDI and AI/ML implementation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to align delivery strategies with business goals.
  • Develop and refine delivery methodologies, best practices, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive operational excellence.
  • Act as the executive sponsor for key accounts, fostering trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing team of project managers, solution architects, and consultants.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • Over 10 years of experience in Professional Services, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Extensive expertise in EDI standards, protocols, and integration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to deliver AI/ML-based solutions in enterprise environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as data integration tools.
  • Exceptional skills in leadership, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific EDI standards such as X12, EDIFACT, and HL7.
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
  • PMP, Six Sigma, or similar certifications.
