Operations Excellence Director

About the role

The OPEX Director is responsible for leading the organization's operational excellence strategies and transformation initiatives to drive continuous improvement, efficiency, and sustainable business performance. This role collaborates with key stakeholders across the organization to implement process optimization, operational transformation, and productivity enhancement programs.

What you'll be doing

• At least 10 years of experience in operations excellence or continuous improvement, preferably from the logistics, technology or manufacturing industry
• Proven track record in leading process improvement initiatives and delivering measurable results
• Proven capability to drive a continuous improvement and operational excellence culture through structured daily tiered accountability governance, enabling cross-functional alignment, rapid issue resolution, and proactive performance management initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Engineering, or Operations Management
• Lean project management certification or Six Sigma certification
