Director – Transformation (Telecom)

Location: Philippines (Manila preferred; Cebu or Davao as secondary locations)

Role Overview

Lead transformation initiatives for telecom clients, driving process excellence, digital innovation, and AI-led interventions across customer and network-facing operations. This role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in customer experience, efficiency, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end transformation programs across telecom accounts

* Drive process excellence using Lean Six Sigma methodologies

* Design and implement digital and AI-led solutions (automation, analytics, CX tools)

* Act as a trusted advisor to clients; lead executive presentations and solution discussions

* Partner with operations, technology, and solution teams to deliver scalable outcomes

* Build and mentor high-performing transformation teams

Qualifications & Experience

* 10+ years of experience in telecom transformation, operations, or consulting

* Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (mandatory)

* Strong domain expertise across telecom operations (customer care, billing, provisioning, network support, retention)

* Experience in digital and AI-led transformation initiatives

* Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and presentation skills
