At Bossjob, digital marketing and influencer collaborations are key to growing our reach and connecting with users and business clients. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead the digital team and oversee campaigns to drive engagement, brand growth, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership and Strategy
- Lead the digital marketing team including content creators and influencer marketing efforts
- Provide creative guidance and direction to the team
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels
Digital Marketing Operations
- Oversee daily social media management including content creation, scheduling, publishing, and engagement
- Plan and execute multi-channel acquisition and conversion campaigns across social, email marketing, and display
- Assist in basic photo and video production and content optimization for digital platforms
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and develop reports and dashboards for insights
- Test strategies with creative and marketing teams to improve ROI and cost per conversion
Other Responsibilities
- Perform tasks assigned by the Marketing Manager.
- Align with the Marketing Manager on strategy, campaigns, and team performance
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of three years managing a digital marketing or social media team
- Proven experience leading multi-channel campaigns including SEO, SEM, social media, and influencer marketing
- Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and short-form video content strategies
- Hands-on experience in campaign execution, content planning, and performance analysis
- Ability to mentor and manage a small team effectively
- Confident in facing the camera and comfortable representing the brand in video content when needed
- Strong managerial work ethic, with flexibility to render overtime when necessary and adaptability to evolving business goals and direction
