POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Digital Marketing Officer shall be the lead in the building of the company's digital assets, and will be measured against the success of the campaigns and consistency in building brand awareness, recall, image, and leads.
The role will call for an above-average understanding and strong experience in social media management, content creation, development & project management of the brand website/s. The candidate should have a working experience in using KOLs and influencers and maximizing these for the benefit of the brands. The candidate to be hired must have the go-getter attitude. A problem-solver, and a team player who can also work as an individual contributor.
KEY RESULTS AREAS
Support the growth of the project through digital and online campaigns:
- Identify KPIs for campaigns whether thematic or tactical
- Develop the digital funnel, plans and programs based on the approved brand strategies
• Likes/Followers
• Engagement
• Impressions
• Leads
- Set up, build, launch, and maintain social media and websites for the brands
- Create exciting activities that will encourage repeat visits to pages and websites
- Engage KOLs and influencers that will support the brands image and reach goals
- Monitor and update digital channels whether owned or bought for a media campaign
- Consistent and up-to-date understanding of digital/online trends and regularly sharing insights with the team.
- Diligently prepares, analyzes, and presents data regarding competition, business trends, global and Philippine digital uses, behaviours, attitude, that are relevant to the businesses handled.
- Creates tracking reports of data, consolidates all other information gathered, and is able to derive insights that will set-up the business for success.
- Actively recommends actions and solutions to the Business Unit using data and facts.
- Process new contracts with all stakeholders (legal, finance, procurement, etc) up to payment phase
- Source, evaluate, process end-to-end tasks such as contracts, payments & compliance to agreements
- Other tasks maybe assigned by the Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- University/College degree holder from a reputable school
- Must have at least 3 years experience in a similar capacity/role
- Good understanding of the marketing principles and deliverables
- Must be good at written and verbal English and Filipino
- Willing to travel to different offices/sites as often as required
- Has good experience in social media strategies & content management
- Good knowledge of SEO/SEM, AI, uses of various digital platforms and relevant trends
- Supported or led in the building and launching of digital assets
- Skilled in content creation and influencer marketing
- Exposed to the crafting of budgets, monitoring, and reporting
