Job Overview

The Sales Accounts Specialist is responsible for initiating and maintaining client relationships to secure new business and ensure continued satisfaction with ongoing projects. This role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teamshandling communications, identifying and addressing client needs, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with creative expectations. The role also includes supporting sales activities such as lead generation, price quoting, order processing, and handling inquiries and complaints.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Provide accurate price quotes and proposals.
  • Help close deals and meet sales targets.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client accounts.
  • Develop and nurture positive relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand and handle client needs and expectations.
  • Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or in-person promptly and professionally.
  • Address client complaints and provide effective resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Present project outputs to clients, collect feedback, and secure approvals.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables, and budgets across assigned client projects.
  • Ensure seamless transition from pre-production to post-production.
  • Work closely with production, creative, and project management teams to align deliverables with client expectations.
  • Relay client requests and changes clearly.
  • Prepare and maintain sales-related documents such as contracts, quotations, and job orders.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports on client status and sales activities.

Educational Background And Competencies Needed

  • Bachelor's Degree in Any Business Course, Media Communications, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a sales/account management role in a video production company, events agency, or similar creative service industry.
  • Experience in a creative agency is a plus.
