Digital Marketing Manager

Overview

Highspring is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead the delivery of our digital marketing work. Based in the Philippines, this role is part of the Growth and Performance team and reports to the Director of Digital.

The Digital Marketing Manager leads a team of contributors across four disciplines: email marketing, paid campaigns (PPC), SEO/AEO, and web development. The role oversees the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing assets, web updates, and campaign materials, while upholding quality standards and ensuring resources are allocated to the right priorities at the right time. Working in close partnership with the greater Marketing team, the manager is responsible for quality control, quality assurance, and resource planning across the function.

The ideal candidate is execution-focused and skilled at coordinating multiple workstreams to keep delivery on track across teams. This role is well suited to a professional who brings structure to complex workflows and enables skilled contributors to do their best work.

Responsibilities

Delivery management

  • Own the day-to-day delivery of digital marketing assets, web updates, and campaign assets across the team.
  • Set clear priorities, timelines, and expectations so work ships on schedule and on spec.
  • Track progress across active projects and remove blockers before they slow the team down.

Quality control and quality assurance

  • Lead QC/QA on all deliverables to make sure every asset meets brand, technical, and performance standards.
  • Build repeatable review processes that catch issues early and protect the quality of what we publish.
  • Hold the bar high without slowing momentum.

Resource management

  • Partner with the operations team to plan capacity, allocate contributors, and balance workloads across disciplines.
  • Forecast demand and flag resourcing gaps before they become bottlenecks.
  • Make smart trade-offs that keep delivery steady when priorities shift.

Cross-functional coordination

  • Coordinate contributors across email, PPC, SEO/AEO, and web development to keep campaigns and projects aligned.
  • Translate direction from the Director of Digital into clear, actionable work for the team.
  • Keep communication tight between disciplines so nothing falls through the cracks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years of team leadership or management experience.
  • Direct experience across multiple digital disciplines, including email marketing, paid media (PPC), SEO/AEO, and web development.
  • Proven ability to manage delivery across multiple concurrent projects without compromising quality or speed.
  • Strong process orientation, with a track record of building systems that improve team efficiency and reliability.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with both technical and creative contributors.
  • Proficiency with project management and marketing tools used to plan, track, and deliver work.
  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to make decisions that keep work moving forward.
