Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead e-commerce performance and brand marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace platforms, executing digital campaigns, and strengthening brand presence across all digital channels. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with creative marketing expertise to deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website)
  • Drive online sales through performance marketing
  • Monitor and improve conversion rates, traffic, and customer journey
  • Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising
  • Lead execution of marketplace campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Manage social media platforms and content calendar
  • Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and digital activations
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and user experience
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (ROAS, conversion rate, engagement, leads)
  • Generate insights and recommend data-driven improvements
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and creative teams
  • Manage external agencies, partners, and platform representatives

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing, with exposure to both e-commerce and brand marketing
  • Strong background in performance marketing and analytics
  • Experience in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, or similar)
  • Proficient in digital tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
