About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced
Digital Marketing Growth Manager to drive lead generation, inbound sales opportunities, and revenue growth across Australia.
This is not a social media posting role.

The successful candidate will own the entire lead generation process from traffic acquisition through to enquiry generation and sales conversion. Modern agencies are increasingly focusing on SEO, AI search visibility, GEO, conversion optimisation, and multi-channel lead generation to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Revenue Growth
- Generate qualified inbound leads consistently each month
- Increase website enquiries, booked discovery calls, and proposal requests
- Build predictable lead generation systems
- Develop and optimise customer acquisition strategies
- Track cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
SEO, AEO & GEO
- Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies
- Improve rankings for high-intent commercial keywords
- Optimise content for AI-powered search platforms
- Implement AEO strategies for featured snippets and answer engines
- Implement GEO strategies to improve visibility within ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI search platforms
- Conduct keyword, competitor, and market research
- Build authority through content and backlink acquisition
Funnel & Landing Page Optimisation
- Build high-converting landing pages
- Create lead magnets and conversion assets
- Develop multi-step sales funnels
- Improve website conversion rates
- Conduct A/B testing and CRO initiatives
- Reduce lead acquisition costs
Paid Advertising
- Manage Google Ads campaigns
- Manage LinkedIn lead generation campaigns
- Optimise campaign performance and budgets
- Create retargeting campaigns
- Monitor and improve ROAS
Content & Authority Building
- Create SEO-focused content strategies
- Develop blogs, guides, case studies, and industry content
- Build topical authority across key service areas
- Generate content that ranks organically and performs within AI search results
Reporting & Analytics
- Monitor all key marketing KPIs
- Produce monthly performance reports
- Analyse campaign effectiveness
- Recommend growth opportunities based on data
Ideal Offshore Candidate
We are specifically seeking someone with:
- 5+ years experience in SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation
- Proven experience generating inbound enquiries for service-based businesses
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI search optimisation
- Experience building lead generation funnels that convert
- Experience using Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Experience increasing website traffic and enquiry volume
- Strong understanding of conversion optimisation and customer journeys
- Experience with marketing automation platforms
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of results
