Job Title: Demand/Supply/Spend Planning Analyst
Work setup : Hybrid (2x a week onsite)
Location: Taguig City ,1634 ,PH
Position Type: 6 Months Contract
Shift Timings : Night Shift (11 pm -9 am )
Role Summary 1: Demand Planning Analyst
Demand Planning & Data Management:
Support Process Automation activities for demand planning team (Forecast Stitch process )
Own data stewardship for the demand planning process, ensuring data quality and consistency.
Continuously develop and improve the content within the demand planning process.
Provide comprehensive support throughout the demand planning cycle
Manage and maintain an automated Quality Check (QC) process to identify and address data inconsistencies within the demand plan.
Regularly review current plan issues and update Plx scripts to address them and optimize the planning process.
Create dashboards thatl provide clear visualizations and insights into the demand plan.
Prepare and update slide decks for client to effectively communicate insights and forecasts.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Experience in Demand planning area
Expertise and hands-on knowledge in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Demand management, Demand prioritization, forecast consumption, MOR, procurement plan,
Must Have : Experience of MRP and/or SAP systems & Kinaxis tool
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using relevant tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and prioritize workload.
Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
Experience with scripting languages used in demand planning automation (a plus).
Should have strong leadership skills and enjoy collaborative team work
Must have Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus)
An expert user of Kinaxis tool for planning activities
Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation and integration.

Role Summary 2: Supply Planning Analyst
Supporting supply planning for Mechanical & electrical equipment during the planning cycles. (Inventory Planning, Capacity utilization, and Demand/Supply matching)
Identifying potential issues in the demand and supply planning.
Performing stock shortages analysis (pilot run and initial planning.)
Conduct regular reconciliation of planning data with inventory and purchase orders for all commodities.
Creating, Managing & organizing all the files and documentation/playbooks related to supply planning.
Supporting product review meetings during the supply planning cycle.
Work with Business and vendor teams for requirements analysis and high level design
Create test scenarios and test cases.
Assist in identifying, managing & solving any bugs or issues that arise within our supply planning till the root cause of defects.
Lead the full life cycle process of change management
Develop and maintain reports and presentations related to supply planning (Demand Variability, Capacity Utilization, etc)
Generate and submit weekly and monthly reports summarizing various aspects of the planning cycle.
Qualifications:
5+ years of Experience in Supply planning area
Expertise and hands-on knowledge in Order Management, Order fulfillment, Demand management, Demand prioritization, forecast consumption, MOR, procurement plan, What-if planning, Inventory management principles
Knowledge of Heavy mechanical & electrical products and their manufacturing processes
Experience in Requirements to HLD conversion, Testing per requirements, functionally supporting business team for UAT and other BSA activities
Must Have : Experience of o9 supply planning tools , Kinaxis tool
Proficiency in data analysis and manipulation using relevant tools (e.g., spreadsheets, databases).
Should have strong leadership skills and enjoy collaborative team work

Role Summary 3: Spend Planning Analyst
We are looking for a detail-oriented Spend Planning Analyst to support financial planning for procurement activities by allocating budgets for upcoming Purchase Orders (POs). This role is responsible for analyzing demand data extracted from Kinaxis RapidResponse, forecasting upcoming procurement spend, and ensuring the required funds are allocated to the appropriate sites or cost centers before PO creation.
The analyst will work closely with supply planning, procurement, finance, and operations teams, providing financial visibility and answering queries from the PO creation team to ensure smooth procurement execution.
Key Responsibilities
Spend Planning & Budget Allocation
Analyze demand signals from Kinaxis RapidResponse to estimate upcoming procurement requirements.
Allocate procurement budgets and funds to different sites, programs, or cost centers based on projected demand.
Maintain visibility into planned vs. available spend to ensure sufficient funding for upcoming Purchase Orders.
Monitor budget utilization and identify potential funding gaps or overspend risks.
Demand & Financial Analysis
Translate supply chain demand data into spend forecasts and procurement budgets.
Maintain spend planning models using Google Sheets or Excel.
Analyze historical procurement trends to improve spend forecasting accuracy.
Ensure alignment between demand planning, procurement schedules, and financial budgets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with supply planning, procurement, sourcing, and finance teams to validate funding needs.
Provide guidance and clarification to the PO creation team regarding available budgets and spend allocations.
Coordinate with stakeholders when additional funds, reallocations, or budget adjustments are required.
Stakeholder Support
Respond to questions and requests from PO creation and procurement teams related to funding availability.
Communicate spend allocation decisions and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Support leadership with insights into procurement spend planning and funding utilization.
Reporting & Process Improvement
Develop reports and dashboards to track planned spend, allocated funds, and actual procurement spend.
Monitor metrics such as budget utilization, forecast accuracy, and spend allocation efficiency.
Identify opportunities to improve spend planning processes and automation.
