Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Management and Reporting Analyst with a healthcare background to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing, organizing, and analyzing large datasets within the healthcare industry, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various systems. You will also be tasked with generating, maintaining, and enhancing reports to support business decision-making. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights and help optimize data-related processes specific to healthcare operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain large healthcare datasets to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency.
- Create, update, and enhance standard and custom reports tailored to healthcare needs.
- Analyze healthcare data and generate insights that support business operations and decision-making.
- Collaborate with different healthcare departments to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues related to healthcare systems to ensure smooth reporting processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of healthcare data management systems.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data governance, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, PHI).
- Provide ad-hoc reporting support and analysis as needed for healthcare operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or analytics, with a focus on healthcare (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PHI)..
