KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
You will:
- Lead day-to-day ERP (Workday) system configuration activities across multiple functional modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Ensure adherence to configuration standards, governance requirements, and change management protocols.
- Conduct impact assessments, risk evaluations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system changes align with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of configuration documentation, design specifications, and test scripts.
- Supervise integration efforts, maintaining system integrations and conducting touchpoint reviews to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Support major system upgrades, releases, regression testing, and deployments of new functionality.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable configuration solutions.
- Troubleshoot configuration issues and coordinate with technical teams for defect resolution.
- Track metrics related to configuration throughput, quality, defect rates, and readiness risks.
- Coach and mentor system configuration architects to build deep functional and technical capability.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP (Workday) system configuration across Finance, Supply Chain, or HR modules.
- At least 3 years of experience leading configuration teams or functional workstreams through system changes.
- Strong expertise in Workday configuration.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain comprehensive configuration documentation and test scripts.
- Experience supporting system integrations and managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to troubleshoot configuration issues and collaborate effectively with technical teams for timely resolutions.
- Strong background in change management and impact assessment

Work Setup:
- Fully onsite during training for the first 2 months
- Hybrid setup (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH) after training
