Data Analyst

We're hiring a Data Analyst who'll work at the intersection of data and AI tooling. You won't just pull numbers you'll build the systems that pull them automatically.

This is a Claude Code-heavy role. You'll use AI to write Python, connect MCPs, automate reporting, and build dashboards that run themselves. If you've never heard of MCPs, that's fine but you need to be the kind of person who'd Google it right now.

What You'll Do

Build Reporting & Automation

• Write Python scripts (with Claude Code) to extract, transform, and visualize data
• Set up and manage MCPs to connect data sources
• Automate recurring reports so no one has to ask for them twice

Analyze & Surface Insights

• Turn messy data into clear recommendations
• Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis and dashboards
• Identify patterns and flag what matters

Improve How We Work

• Document and standardize data processes
• Experiment with new tools and integrations
• Own the how do we get this data question

Who This Is For

• Fresh graduate (2024-2025)
• Python required you've written real code, not just followed a tutorial
• Comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, and learning new tools fast
• Already uses AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.)
• Builder mindset you like figuring things out

Bonus:

• Background in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Engineering, or similar
• Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or BI tools (Looker, Metabase, etc.)
• You've built something a script, a bot, a dashboard
