About The Job
The Online Analyst contributes to the success of the business by providing timely and accurate reports and insights for the decision making of key stakeholders on the direction of the Online products.
What You'll Do
- Prepare, extract, analyze, and present insights to relevant stakeholders of the My Home Credit website and mobile app
- Perform deep-dive product analytics, understanding the user journey and lifecycle, on a wide-range of exciting Home Credit products available in the mobile app such as gadget loans, cash loans, credit card, Smile Rewards, games, etc.
- Support the Campaign Specialists in the extraction and targeting of customers, plus, creation of relevant post-campaign analysis
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, ETL Developers, and Data Engineers to explore and bring data for monitoring and analysis to the team
- Understand and assess the needs of key stakeholders, from Management to Product Owners, in order to provide sensible descriptive analytics and actionable insights
- Maintain accurate and timely sending of assigned regular reports
- Perform statistical analysis as part of insights generation
- Be able to create models for forecast and baseline data
- Be able to suggest new technologies to be adapted in Online Analytics to further help with the insights generation
What You Need To Have
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in Analytics or Reporting or Business Intelligence
- Knowledge on PowerBI , Google Bigquery , Datastudio , Oracle Databases , Google ANalytics
