Data Analyst

What you'll be doing

1. Collect, analyse and interpret complex data from various sources to uncover trends, patterns and opportunities
2. Develop dashboards, reports and visualisations to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
3. Collaborate with business units to understand their data needs and provide tailored analytics solutions
4. Continuously improve analytical processes and techniques to enhance the quality and accuracy of data insights
5. Propose data-driven recommendations to support business objectives and drive strategic decision-making
6. Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science or a related quantitative field
2. 1 year experience in data analysis, business intelligence or a similar role
3. Strong proficiency in data mining, visualisation, and statistical analysis using tools like SQL, Python, R, Tableau or Power BI
4. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive business value
5. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills
6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics
