Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst with a sharp analytical mind and strong communication skills to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in analyzing data to unlock insights that will optimize our clients marketing campaigns and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent interpersonal skills, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment. A proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python will be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Analyze engagement data to uncover trends and insights, influencing our clients sales performance and achievement of KPIs.
• Engage directly with clients, understanding their data needs and delivering customized insights to improve their marketing and sales strategies.
• Design and maintain advanced dashboards and visualizations, presenting data findings in an understandable and impactful way.
• Collaborate with the Insights team to innovate and deliver precise data-driven insights.
• Facilitate communication between clients, brand managers, and the Insights team to ensure alignment of goals and strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Physics, Math, Computer Science, or related fields.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis is preferred, fresh graduates who have worked on data analysis related projects can be considered.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate across diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Creative problem-solving skills and a strong desire to contribute to team success.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit is advantageous.
• A commitment to professional growth and taking on increased responsibilities within a mentorship-driven environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
