Job Description:
We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates.

- Prepare clear and concise reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in data tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling is a plus.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication skillsable to translate complex data into simple insights.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
