Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Field Force Data Analyst to optimize field operations and sales strategies through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS data; evaluate HR agency performance; and generate actionable reports to enhance market share, agency efficiency, promoter productivity, and inventory management. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, advanced data analytics capabilities, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Analyze store sell-out, capacity, and ISS metrics to monitor performance trends.
- Evaluate HR agency data to assess effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain reports for retail market share, agency KPIs (expenses), promoter productivity, and inventory levels.
Performance Monitoring & Insights
- Track and visualize sell-out, display, and inventory data to identify opportunities and risks.
- Validate promoter incentives and productivity metrics to ensure fair and accurate performance tracking.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and field teams to understand business requirements.
- Present data insights and recommendations through clear dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
Data Quality & Validation
- Ensure data accuracy through validation, cleaning, and structured data processes.
- Automate data collection and reporting workflows where possible to improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in Data Analytics with the ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel expertise, including DAX, Power Query, Pivot Tables, and Data Modeling.
- Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction and manipulation using platforms such as MSSQL, MySQL, BigQuery, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of database systems and data architecture, including DBMS, ETL/ELT processes, data pipelines, and data warehouses.
- Experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards using tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Programming knowledge in Python or R for data processing, automation, and advanced analytics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience working with retail sales, sell-out, and distribution data.
- Familiarity with inventory management, retail analytics, and market share analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
