Full-Time | Customer Success Assistant | Global Role
Type: Full-time Contract
Boxaroo is a global corporate merch & fulfillment platform used by fast-growing companies and MNCs across APAC, EMEA, and the US. We help teams create, store and ship high-quality company merch, onboarding kits, event packs and corporate gifts, all on a single platform.
We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Success Assistant. You're the go-to person for clients once they've signed on. You'll help them choose the right merch, get them set up on our platform, coordinate production timelines, and ensure everything runs smoothly from start to shipment. You'll work across other departments like operations and sales to keep things on track and the client smiling.
You don't need to sell, but you do need to be a great communicator, organized like a spreadsheet, and obsessive about making things easy for the client.
What You'll Be Doing
- Be the main point of contact for assigned clients
- Help clients select the right merch from our catalog or through custom sourcing
- Manage timelines, approvals, production updates, and shipping details
- Manage quotes, bills, invoicing and payment tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams (suppliers, design, warehouse) to ensure everything goes to plan
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients (many of whom will reorder often)
- Keep clear records and status updates in our project management tools
What You'll Need
- 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills, especially over email
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects at once
- Comfortable working remotely and across time zones
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a natural problem-solver
- Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages)
Nice to Have
- Experience in merchandising, logistics, or promotional products
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or B2B platforms
