Opportunity Overview

We are currently looking for a Security Manager to join our Corporate Security & Integrity function.

This is a broad and high-impact role for an experienced security professional who can combine strategic thinking with strong operational delivery. You will play a key role in protecting our people, facilities, assets and reputation, while helping to strengthen security standards, improve resilience and support business continuity across the organisation.

Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will lead across a wide range of physical security, investigations, risk and incident management activity. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment and wants to make a visible contribution in a global business.

The Role

As Security Manager, you will help lead and coordinate security services across the business, ensuring effective controls, strong risk management and a safe working environment for employees and operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading physical security operations across offices, production sites, facilities and logistics environments
  • Managing and optimising security systems such as access control, CCTV, perimeter protection and guard force operations
  • Supporting the development and implementation of security procedures, standards and guidelines in line with company policy and applicable legislation
  • Overseeing and supporting investigations into theft, fraud, misconduct, workplace incidents and other security-related matters
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with law enforcement, government agencies, external security providers and other key partners
  • Supporting incident and crisis management activity, including preparedness, response and follow-up actions
  • Conducting audits, inspections and compliance checks to ensure robust security controls and regulatory adherence
  • Providing security advice, threat assessments and practical guidance to senior stakeholders and site leadership
  • Supporting training and awareness initiatives, including onboarding and security education for employees
  • Contributing to supplier management, budget oversight and continuous improvement across security operations

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a credible and proactive security professional with solid experience in a corporate or business-facing environment, and the ability to work effectively across functions and levels.

You will ideally bring:

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate security, physical security, investigations, risk management or a related field
  • Experience working with law enforcement, government agencies and regulatory bodies
  • Strong understanding of physical security operations, risk management and compliance requirements
  • Experience handling investigations, incident response and security-related operational issues
  • Good project management capability, including budgeting, planning and resource coordination
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across the business
  • Sound judgement, analytical thinking and a practical, solutions-focused approach
  • A good understanding of OSHA standards and relevant legal or regulatory requirements
  • Good general IT skills and confidence using business systems and security technology tools (beyond Microsoft Office)
  • Fluent business English

Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, CSMP, CISSP or CFE would be an advantage, although they are not essential.

Why Join CCEP

At CCEP, you will join a global business where security plays an important role in protecting our people and supporting operational continuity. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful challenges, partner with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to a business that is committed to responsible growth, sustainability and inclusion.

You will be part of an environment that values collaboration, continuous improvement and practical impact, while giving you the scope to shape security standards and strengthen capability over time.
