Job Requirements
Graduate of a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or any related field
Tech-savvy and knowledgeable in social media platforms
With at least 1 year of relevant work experience (preferred but not required)
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and can work under minimal supervision
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the companys social media accounts (Facebook,
Instagram, TikTok)
- Handle e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada including
product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory
- Process and prepare online orders ensuring accuracy and timely
fulfillment
- Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages across platforms in a
professional and timely manner
- Monitor and track daily sales, returns, and issues
- Create weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, customer
trends, and campaign results
- Assist in content creation such as posting schedules, captions, and campaign
ideas
- Coordinate with the team on marketing strategies and online promotions
- Coordinate with online platforms and other service providers for campaigns,
deals, and other promotional activities
- Perform other duties as assigned.
