JOB SUMMARY
The Hey DAN Customer Success Team is looking for a new team member! We are seeking an
energetic team member committed to building client relationships and ensuring our clients
continue to receive exceptional service. If you have excellent written and spoken communication
skills, are detail oriented and looking for a new opportunity, then this position may be for you!

MAJOR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
We need someone amazing to become our Customer Success Advocate who will be
responsible for:
- Answering and making phone calls to our clients about service deliverables and getting new users onboard.
- Ensure all client-facing emails are answered within 30 minutes
- Coordinating CDM projects to ensure they are completed to meet or exceed client expectations
- Assist with post billing analysis
- Perform research on actual totals vs projections
- Ensuring client facing activity is logged into Hubspot by all Hey DAN parties
- Identify potential service concerns (i.e. monitoring the backlog tracker and watching for customer emails) and working with the team to address those concerns
- Overseeing client-facing App support including password resets, escalating tech issues and seeing that each item is resolved in an appropriate time frame
- Completing and/or managing administrative tasks including greeting cards, billing and promotional items
- Joining client meetings and providing summaries including action items
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Doing whatever it takes to get the job done
