Revenue Operations Associate

Role Overview:

The Revenue Operations Associate is responsible for optimizing the systems, processes, and analytics that drive revenue growth and operational efficiency across the organization. This role manages integration of Salesforce, HubSpot, operations and data analytics platforms, ensuring data accuracy, automation scalability, and organizational reporting.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and optimize Salesforce and HubSpot to support GTM operations.
• Build automation, workflows, and data models to improve efficiency across sales and marketing.
• Maintain system integrations and ensure accurate, real-time data sync across platforms.
• Design and manage data pipelines and reporting using tools like Amazon QuickSight.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align metrics, streamline processes, and improve data quality.

What You'll Need:

• Experience in Revenue Ops, Sales Ops, or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Amazon QuickSight) and data reporting.
• Experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
